Thanks for sharing those super photos Chiara! I love your orange sewing machine too, and I liked the pics that included the yellow crocs with the box of bags. It looks as though you all enjoyed yourselves and had an enjoyable day in the fresh air. :D
I'm so pleased it stayed dry for you.

Chiara - you are a star! What a wonderful display and it sounds as if you were rather a hit with people coming back with fabric and having a lovely time choosing their bag. Well done! Lovely pictures too. Altogether very inspiring. Thank you.

SO many things to admire here.... the orange sewing machine :D :D :D , the smiles, the bikes, the trees, the colourful bags, the fact that someone took ages deciding (because it matters) and chose a totally white one, the donated fabric, the JOY and creativity of it all! Well done ibagyou and co - Brilliant and inspirational morsbagging event! :D Thank you for posting pictures, especially of the man skeetering off around the corner with his new morsbag at the end. I loved that!

Congrats from me too Chiara, sounds like you had a very successful day and the Morsbag word has been spread a bit further!

I too had a good day on Friday: will post about it later when I can find the camera and grab a few minutes from decluttering the house (something I promised to concentrate on once I'd got Friday's event over with).
I'm sewing as fast as I can

I can't wait to hear about your event as well, Loopy.

Chiara, I like the look of your instructions. Any chance you could put them on the leaflet thread? Its good to have a choice?! :D

Thank you so much everyone! :D

@Offcuts: The instructions are in German and you can find them here:http://www.quiltjournal.com/Morsbags.pdf
They are included in an article written in German by an Austrian morsbagger, Ursula. Some of us met her at the Garden Party in London!

Thank you, Chiara. Yes I know Ursula. She also helped at the Festival of Quilts last year. I'll look into it :D
