Near 1000!!! Nuovi appuntamenti ;)

Postby prumiao » Tue Oct 05, 2010 8:13 am

Ciao :D I would like to tell you what Arezzopod is doing. I twill write in Italian and as usual Chiara (I bag you) twill traslate (grazie Chiaretta!!!).

Have a godo day!!!

Rough translation:

- 10 days ago, together with the local WWF group, Arezzopod joined the Seitan Festival (http://www.sagradelseitan.it/sagra.html).
We handed out around 100 morsbags and spread the word hoping to get more members to our pod and more fabric donated.

- On October 10th, two pods from Arezzo (Arezzopod and Mammeinsieme) will take part in a local event and will distribute off-white morsbags and drawing pens for fabric to all kids and their families.
On that day they will be able to create their personalized and unique morsbag!

- On November 5th-6th-12th-13th Arezzopod will have open workshops in a big supermarket in Arezzo to teach people how to sew morsbags.
The idea is to encourage people to make morsbags to use for Christmas shopping and to wrap their presents!
"Because 99 is not 100 and that single one will make a difference."

Thanks for posting such good news Prumiao, and a lovely photo. Good luck with all your future events too. I love the idea of the plain bags for the children (and adults?) to personalise and decorate.
Make a bag - you know you want to!
