Hallo out there

Postby Tintinabulation Wells » Wed Mar 24, 2010 11:10 am

Hello to all you morsbaggers,
I don't know if I'm exceptionally thick, or just plain stupid. I joined last week and have made a bag or two but trying to find out where to get labels is beyond me.
The computer "says go to pods and log in" which I try to do but when I try to register with a pod(I think) it tells me that that user name is already in use. As my user name is quite unusual I suppose that I must already have registered, but I'm blowed if I can remember doing it.
My computer is a bit unforgiving and shuts down when it's had enough of my foolishness.
I would be so grateful for some advice about how to get labels.
My apologies if I've asked in the wrong place
Regards

Hello Tintinabulation Wells, I hope you don't mind if I call you TW? If you think you've registered a pod but can't remember the log in details there's a line of text you can press under the boxes you fill in ("click here if you have forgotten your login details"). This will bring up a "podcard" which you fill in to send a temporary password to your email address. You use the temporary password to log in, then you can change it to something you can remember and order labels, fill in the number of bags you've made, say something about yourself / your pod.

Don't worry about asking questions, answering them is what we stick around for. That and talking about morsbags. :D

Or you can order the labels you click on "labels" which is along the top of the home page but you still have to log in with your pod name and password. Good luck :D

Thank you all so much for your welcome and helpful tips. It's taken me two days to work out that the site I had bookmarked wasn't the home page! I couldn't understand why there was no "labels" button to click at the top of the page. I think I have it sussed now.
Managed to register a pod! will try later to find about labels. I have another 2 bags cut out and ready to sew.
Love the home page, it explains so much I couldn't understand.

I'm so pleased that it's sorted out now TW. Don't hesitate to ask if you need more help and let us know how you're getting on. You could enter one, two, or all three of the competitions running at the moment.
