I have two bags made so far. I must get a design from one of The Farm "service users" for an amusing bag - there's a quirkily artistic genius who goes & I want one of his pics to copy and applique on.

:D I haven't received my forms yet but have made a bag to make you smile, which made my friend laugh out loud, but not for the right reasons. I am also getting very carried away with sequins and gold thread for the Retro one.Good fun :!:

LOL! I wish I could go and see these bags but when the Ally Pally show is on we're on holiday and it's a bit far to come back for it!

Hope they take lots of pics and post them somewhere.

The mind boggles at your bag to make you laugh.... if your friend laughed out loud but not for the right reasons! I'm still working on my designs.... I'm entering all 3 categories (or I have stated my intention to) so I've got to get cracking and come up with some ideas. I have a vague idea of what I want to do...

I received my forms yesterday, and my surname begins with an L, so maybe they are sending out alphabetically.

My forms came while we were away, so don't think it's alphabetical order as I'm a "T", but you knew that cos I'm Beattie = BT

:D Mine came today, and I'm an M. My friend laughed at my attempts at a happy whale. He's not too bad now though.

Looks like they're sending them out really quickly then - I didn't register my interest until well after the 18th June. They've probably got a team of people working from dusk until dawn on stuffing the envelopes with the forms and labels!

Not to mention the Festival of Quilts competition that they organise. My friend has had a quilt accepted for that.

I'd love to see what other people have made. Shall we take pics and post them on a special thread under "pics of morsbags and morsbaggers" AFTER the closing date? That way we can see them but not influence each other's efforts.

That is a very good idea, Beattie. Also I am going to Harrogate K&S so I could take some pics of the exhibition. I know you will be at Allie Pallie but you will probably be too busy unless Pol and Joe are there this year. Anyway someone should be able to take some pics at one of the venues.
