'zero pods'

Postby Simply Sewing » Sat Jan 05, 2008 8:58 pm

I have just sent an email to the Reading pod who have had a 0 tally for some time. I have explained the 10,000 target and asked if they need any advice on getting going to make a few bags in time for Jan 14th.

Just wondered if anyone else had a 'zero pod' nearby that they would be prepared to email and see if they needed a bit of moral support to get sewing.

Just added 5 to the tally and will be cutting some more watching Casualty.....

This is a great idea... please do 'adopt' a local struggling pod if you have one nearby.

As we all know, it's all about making the first bag, then the addiction kicks in and the momentum grows...

I am a newbie here and not sure what qualifies to go on my tally. I have 9 on there, but not sure if I should as they are not labelled. Does that matter?

As long as they were given away for free we'll let those 9 count! But please DO label them form now on. You can order labels from your pod profile or download them for printing on to t-shirt transfer material (you print onto it with your printer).

This way the morsbags message spreads at an ever increasing rate (just imagine if just one of your bags inspires someone to visit morsbags, set up a pod and make 500 more and then those bags are given out and inspire people to make some - and on, and on and on...)
