We had another fun-filled and successful day at Cotehele today. It went very similarly to yesterday. Our youngest apprentice was on site early and put the heater on for us as soon as he arrived.
He wound all the bobbins
then made four bags - one of them to his own design, from scratch. The world now has another competent sewer - that's one of the things I love about making morsbags, helping people learn a new skill.
I took a few pics of some of the goodies on offer,
til the camera batteries ran out and the spares were powering our dinky little Christmas lights adorning the stall. Never mind.
We're already looking forward to going back next year
Oh, and by the way, we gave out just over 500 morsbags over the two days.....
