I did it! I actually bagged complete strangers at the farmers market this morning. [snip]

Well done Sacbags!! :D
I am particularly shy  and who knows when I will distribute morsbags to complete strangers but I am thinking about the places where I can distribute some bags :)
As Sacbags, at the moment the bags I make I am handing out to friends and relatives and co-workers. Till now, I did not produce so many bags but little by little the dissemination of them is starting!
I have also to get the labels!!!!

:D Well done sacbags. One small step....Next time you may be able to give more away or have people, who have heard about you giving bags away, asking for one.

Hope you're soon feeling back to normal Zappers.

thank you all for all your kind wishes.... there is a slight improvement this morning, my dearly beloved has just popped to the chemist for more painkillers, i am left with my activity center (imagine an adult version of the baby fisher price type) - mine however has laptop, phone, magazines and fruit juice.... just to make sure i don't move towards the sewing machine!

I completed four more bags for the family then my husband met one of our neighbours and promised a couple to him.
His wife rang last night to say she loved them so I'll be starting on the next batch as soon as I have a minute to spare
Best wishes to everyone who is not feeling too good.

Hello possums,

I'm new to Morsbagging but I'm loving it already. I'm on my own for the moment as Morsbaggers in Western Australia seem to be in short supply, and I have only made three bags so far. One is on its way to Brazil and the other two are hanging off my kitchen door handle. http://www.flickr.com/photos/sampler1000/

I'm thinking I could put a message up on my company's intranet saying that I will make Morsbags for people if they let me have a used pillowcase or two! I find sewing simple things very therapeutic and satisfying and if I can help the environment in any way it can only be a good thing.

Hi Sam (or should that be sunnysidey?)
You may find some sewing-mates as time goes on - does anyone you already know want to join you? I'm very impressed by your travelling morsbag going as far as Brasil. 8) The intranet net at work plan seems like a good one to me - happy morsbagging! :D

Thanks beattie I hope to find some sewing-mates along the way, but if not that's fine too :D . My motto is "make something every day" and I can happily make a Morsbag a day.

I'll keep you posted about the work intranet thing. It will be an interesting project in the midst of the corporate world.
